Default Reference Guide for Creating Formulas

Hi -
My math skills are AWFUL -
Can anyone recommend a site / book etc to refer to when creating formulas?
IE: Creating formulas for dummies....
I would love a good cheat sheet.

What kind of formula do you envisage creating? You don't necessarily
need to be a wizard at maths to use Excel.
