This looks like it would be very difficult to "flatten" your data.
There doesn't seem to be any indicator when the group starts--and the number of rows in each group isn't constant. And that could make putting fields into the correct column difficult, too. One of your pieces of data is "missing" a phone number... how many phone
number columns will there be (one with both phone numbers in a single cell, two with the missing phone number shown as an empty cell in the second phone number column, three in case there is ever a third phone number, something else)? I under stand that the columns will not be consistant but I will have

How can a program tell when one record/group ends and the new one starts?
Is the first row of a group bolded/indented/marked in some way?
