Default How to auto fill cells in column

Is there an efficient way to auto fill blank cells in between populated cells
in a column all at once? I have a list of countries with blank rows in the
column between each country name. I want each country's name to auto fill in
the column.

Can someone help, please?

Default How to auto fill cells in column

Select your range.
Hit <F5
Click "Special".
Click "Blanks".
Then <OK.
Type the equal ( = ) sign.
Hit the UP Arrow.
Hit <Ctrl <Enter
