Default Excel Database

I am a reletively new user to excel and am creating a database. I have used
microsoft works database and want to know if excel has a similar setting or
feature. In works you can create a form view from the spreadsheet and
reports. Can this be done using excel?

For that, you probably should be using Access, not Excel.
