Default MS Query and Time Portion of Timestamp

In Excel 2003 I am using MS Query to query an external database. One of the
criteria I want to use is to only select rows between 11 AM and 2 PM. The
column I am using in the Criteria is a timestamp with date and time. Slowly
going mad trying to find how to define the Criteria so I will only get the 11
AM to 2 PM records.
