I have already set the print quality in print manager for Excel files that I
create. I regularly receive Excel workbooks with several worksheets set to "Best" quality print, but only require "Draft" for my purposes. I'm trying to find a way that I can change all tabs with one command, as I currently have to open every tab & change each set-up. With as many as 60 tabs it can become tedious!! |

You can group all the sheets together by right-clicking on a sheet tab
and select from the pull-down. Then any change you make on one sheet will be reflected on the others, so click on the print properties and make the change to Draft. Don't forget to Ungroup the sheets afterwards, by right-clicking on a sheet tab again. Hope this helps. Thanks Pete! For some reason changing to draft in print properties isn't
reflected in all tabs, but changing page set-up is. No more trawling through each sheet :) "Pete_UK" wrote: You can group all the sheets together by right-clicking on a sheet tab and select from the pull-down.
