I use a formula to calculate the value, such as time difference, and want to
save the value not the formula. The value (constant) will be used later to adjust both time cells used as arguments in the original formula--thus the need to preserve the value computed rather than the formula. |

After calculation, copy the cell with the formula then Edit - Paste Special -
