Default Pivot data field settings seemed to be locked?

Hello,

I have a problem with my Pivot. I have one data field showing the average %.
This is working great except for the fact that my pivot will only give me the
number 0,(lots of decimals), so I go into the field settings and turn on
percentage under number.
Now, eventhough the formula bar for the respective cell inside the pivot
shows the correct number as %, the cell in the pivot still shows the 0,(lots
of decimals) number. And when the value is 100% it is displayed as 1. Is
there something locking these values that I can turn off? In the field
setting everything seems correct.
In addition I have one more field which is also average which I cannot get
the eecimals down to two. Eventhough the format is number and I have told
excel to restict the amount of decimals to two?

Anybody know anything about this kind of formatting. Have I turned some sort
of locking format on? Or is this a bug when using average in pivot tables?
