I have an excel document created in XP Office Pro 2003 where I am unable to
edit comments that have been entered into cells by other users. The document is not protected and the cells are not locked. I can use the work-around of doing the show/hide comment so it displays the entire comment all of the time, but my user does not want that. If I right-click and chose "Edit" Excel just doesn't respond. If I enter garbage information into a clean cell, then add a comment and then right-click the cell and hit Edit it will work correctly. I've tried saving the document as another name onto a personal drive and it continues to act odd like this. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance. |
