Default How to paste a content copied from a cell as a Filename in SaveA.

Click on the cell, press <Ctrl<C, click on File|Save As, click in the name
box, press <Ctrl<V

Select the content in the Formula bar and CTRL + C

In save as namebox hit CTRL + V

Do not attempt the copy the cell directly.
