Default How do I take ownership of a document I

i created a document in EXCEL and would like to make sure people could view
or add data to it but without being able to change who created it originally.

Is there a way to mark for a word or excel doc as mine.

Thank you

When you create a workbook in Excel from FileNew it should save your name
as Author under FilePropertiesSummary.

That cannot be changed by users simply viewing and/or editing data within
the workbook.
