Default Fluent User Interface Ribbon Lost

Working in excel, I went to view - page layout. Then switched back to normal
view. When it switched back the Fluent user interface Ribbon had disappeared.
I have search all of the help topics and cannot find anything about how to
get it back. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Perhaps you pressed Ctrl-F1 by accident. This is a toggle for minimizing
the ribbon.
