Default Cluster chart nightmare

I am plotting two points on a primary and secondary Y axis using the cluster
chart. One data series completely obscures the other. I've been playing
with the Gap and Spacing options, but I have not been able to move the data
side by side. Why is this so cryptic? Shouldn't that be the default setting?

Please help if you can.

Sorry, I meant to say it was a bar chart, two bars clustered together,
different colors, Primary and Secondary Axes
