Default Can't scroll down

I have been sent an Excel spreadsheet but I can't scroll down using the mouse
wheel. The only way I can move down is to use the vertical scroll bar. What's
wrong with it???
There's no vba code in the background - I've checked.

Ignore this, the person who sent it had 'freeze panes' active!!
