Default HELP still needed - BOXPLOT OF Deciles

Unfortunately, the explanation I found was for an older version of Excel, and
a bit short on detail when trying to do it in Excel 2007 - the "up-down bars"
include the min and max for each quintile (when I only want them to run from
the 1st to 4th quartiles), and I cant find out how to change their spread.
They also COVER all the markers, and I cant find how to bring the markers to
the front.
Any help greatly appreciated - thankyou!

Default All fixed now HELP still needed - BOXPLOT OF Deciles

OK, it seems you have to put the upper and lower quartiles at the top and
bottom of your data items, because the bars will then only run from the 1st
to 4th quartiels and will exclude the min and max for each group. (I tried to
be logical and put min and max at the top and bottom of my data rows).

This webpage gives a good explanation:

Default NOT quite All fixed now HELP still needed - BOXPLOT OF Dec

actually not fully fixed - if I change the vertical axis to exclude a big
chunk of lower values in order to see the actual values more clearly, the
bars suddenly cover up the markers for median,1st and 4th quartiles, and I
cant see any way to make them show again. All's well using the method given
in the website, as long as I dont change the vertical axis (though why they
say to switch row/column I dont know - it comes out correctly the first
time!)
