Default index, offset, match, i dont know what to use

Column 1 (row by row, 1-6): dog, cat, red, blue, earth, sky
Column 3 (row by row, 1-6): animal, (black space), color, (blank space),
world, (blank space)

Now say in a different cell somewhere I type "color". I want Excel to come
back with "red" and "blue". If I type "animal" I want Excel to come back
with "dog" and "cat". And so on.

In other words, in the cell I type in a word "color", then Excel matches
that word with the word "color" in column 3, row 3, then Excel returns the
results from column 1, row 3 AND column 1, row 4.

If I type in the word "world", then Excel matches that word with the word
"world" in column 3, row 5, then Excel returns the results from column 1, row
5 AND column 1, row 6.

Thanks :)
