An example of the 'Text' your trying to seperate and how you want it

"Separate" means what?
You cannot divide a cell into two parts. You can type "first line" then hit Alt + Enter then type "second line" then ENTER You could display a diagonal border line through the cell if you wanted text left and right of the diagonal line. You could use the Drawing Toolbar to draw a line across the midle of the cell.
