Default Add-in Descriptions

I feel like this has an easy answer to it but I cannot find it. After
creating an add-in how do you give it a description when you see the add-in
from the Tools --- Add-Ins dialogue box.

I just want add some comments in that box at the bottom of the Add_in
dialogue box.

Thanks

Alt + F11 to open VBE

Select your add-in and ToolsAdd-in Name Properties.

Type in your Project Description wording and OK

FileSave

What else were you looking for when you asked for a description of the add-in
when you select the add-in under ToolsAdd-ins?

When you go into ToolsAdd-Ins and select your specific add-in there is a box
under all the choices of add-ins and it has a small description, I want to be
able to put a description there. As of right now I can comment the what I
want in the VBA editor but not that box in the Add-In dialogue box.

Hope that is a better explanation.

Thanks

James

The steps I outlined will do just that.

Add the description as I pointed out then save the add-in.

Go to ToolsAdd-ins and select your add-in.

The add-in name and description will show up at lower portion of add-in dialog.

You are selecting your add-in in the VBE?
