Default Hide/Show Data

Hey :) i'm trying to create something that looks like this but i have no idea
how to

+Canada
Ontario
Quebec
Alberta

-China

+USA
Florida
Boston


i want something so that when you click the + / - button it shows/hides
records, does any1 know how to do this? thanks!!!
