Default Excel-Outlook Contact List

Is there a way to take a list of names, phone numbers and e-mail from a Excel
spreadsheet and export or put them into to your outlook cantact list?

With your Contacts info in columns in Excel..................

Name.........Address..........email.........whatev er

Save the workbook after giving your list a defined
name through InsertNameDefine.

Outlook likes that.

With Outlook open go to FileImport Export"Import from another program or file"

Follow your nose from there to choose your Excel workbook.

Note: the mapping can be done while importing.

To see the full list of fields Outlook has, export some of your your contacts to
a new Excel workbook to get an idea of what's available for mapping.
