Default Page numbers across multiple tabs - one sequence

Hello,
MS Excel 2003 on XP PRo.

I have an excel document that has several tabs. Printing all (or a subset)
of those tabs forms a single handout. I would like to rig it so that they
are all page numbered, but with the same order.

Tab A has 3 pages, B has 5 and C has 6

Instead of numbering them A-1, A-2, A3, B-1, B-2, B-3, etc
I would like to number them 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14 etc.

I don't want to use Acrobat and combine files, and I am hoping this can be
done without VBA.

Select the sheets to print by CTRL + point or SHIFT + point

FilePage SetupHeaders/Footers

From the built-ins select Page 1 or Page 1 of ?

Do you need to right click "Select all sheets"? A coworker found a way to do
this and I wanted to see if there is another way...

That's the best way to select "all sheets".

You could also select first sheet then hold SHIFT and click on last sheet.

For non-contiguous sheets use CTRL + click

I stated CTRL + point and SHIFT + point in my first reply.

Maybe you did not understand "point"
