How can I print multiple tabs on one page?
I have created a workbook that collects date on seven pages and places in on
one. unfortunately the data must be submitted with the final totals and since this is done often, I am looking for a way to save paper. I would like to print multiple tabs/pages on one sheet of paper. I understand the date will be reduced and thats ok. Can this be done and how? |

How can I print multiple tabs on one page?
... I would like to print multiple tabs/pages on one sheet of
paper. I understand the date will be reduced and thats ok. Can this be done and how? Here's one way. 1. Create a new blank sheet to collect what you want to print. 2. Go to an existing sheet, select what's to be printed, and Edit Copy 3. Go to the "printing" sheet and use Shift Edit Paste picture link That is, while holding down the shift key, click the Edit menu and there's the "Paste picture link" command. 4. Repeat 2 & 3 for each range of cells to be included. There are some disadvantages of this approach. For example, you don't get all the sheet headers and footers. If that's a requirement, a different approach is needed. For example, I have Adobe PDF writer and it supports multiple pages per sheet. |
