Default Assign a macro so I can just single click it to run it

Use the Forms Toolbar to draw a button on your sheet then assign the macro to
that button.

Or add a button to a toolbar and assign the macro to that button.

ToolsCustomizeCommands.

Scroll down to "Macros" and select then drag the smiley face to your toolbar.

You can right-click on the button and "change button image"
