Default How do I disable pre-loaded shortcut?

I navigate fairly quickly through the worksheet, and I frequently copy and
paste. If I go too fast, I inadvertantly overlap keys and trigger a shortcut
- especially jumping to the last empty cell (which is often the end of the
sheet).

Can I disable this or at least reduce the sensitivity?

Thanks!
