Default Transfer Configuration of Excel 2003 to 2007

I just got a new computer with Office 2007. Is there a way to transfer
my configs that I have setup in Excel for Office 2003 or do I have to
remember all the settings and go in and reconfigure everything? I have
a lot of macros setup and customized the toolbars quite a bit.
