Default full cell content not shown in print

Sometimes "Advanced printing features" in printing preferences is the
problem. Try turning that off or disable it if you find it in your
printer settings.

The problem is really not the quantity of text in the cell. It's more a
question of sizing the cells properly. Sometimes in printouts the last line
in a cell is only half visible (the lower half is cut off).

How do I make sure all cells are big enough to displar the contents properly?

Excel specifications states that you can have up to 32,767 characters in a cell,

However, only 1024 will show or be printed.

You can add an Alt + Enter linefeed every 100 or so characters to extend this
limit.

Also try dropping the font size down.

I have a big spreadsheet with Q&As - they vary a lot in length, but when
printed (and shown on screen) I want everything in all cells to be visible.

Highlighting the entire sheet and double-clicking on the row height solves
most of it - but not all of it...
