Default Why won't autocad drawing from excel 2003 open in 2007?

First time posting a question so please bear with me.

I created a worksheet with an autoCAD drawing in it so clients can see
what's being quoted. However, I recently updated to excel 2007 and now it's
saying "cannot start the source application for this object". I realize that
the formulas are different for the 2003 and 2007 but I was wondering if
there's anyway to make it work or if I have to go back to using 2003? Any
help would be appreciated.
