Default Excel 2007 Features Question

Our company is moving up to Office 2007 some time soon. Does anybody happen
to know if Excel 2007 has added any features that would support sorting and
filtering based on colors, fonts, etc., rather than just the cell values?
Our employees go absolutely wild with colors to mean various things, and then
want to be able to "filter for only the red text" and stuff like that.
