There is a fairly elaborate question and answer called "How do break the link
from my excel workbook" But my problem is the opposite. I have a database query in my workbook. When I open the workbook I get a "Query Refresh" pop up that says "This workbook contains queries blah blah blah" and 2 buttons offering "Enable automatic refresh" "Disable automatic refresh" Can I answer this by default to "Enable", without it asking the question? I've tried all of the combinations of Dataquery properties : Enable background refresh ; Refresh data on file open, etc. But it always asks the question on opening. Thanks |
