Maybe...

=index(sheet2!b:b,match(a1,sheet2!a:a,0)+1)
and
=index(sheet2!b:b,match(a1,sheet2!a:a,0)+23)

or maybe

=index(sheet2!a:a,match(a1,sheet2!a:a,0)+1)
and
=index(sheet2!a:a,match(a1,sheet2!a:a,0)+23)

I'm kind of confused about what should be brought back.
