Default Can you bring one workbook into another workbook?

I have two separate workbooks that were previously set up for me with macros
included... both work separately in their own rights, however I would like to
be able to blend them... I do not have VB skills to speak of (I am more of a
SQL admin).

How can I bring the best of both of these workbooks together into a new
workbook?
