Default Goal seek on more than one cell

I am using Excel 2007, but I also email my spreadsheets to users that have
only 2003. I have set up a spreadsheet to calculate the highest price we can
bid for foreclosed properties. I use a cash flow analysis in order to
calculate the highest purchase price that will enable us to rent the
properties at a break even. After I input the income and expenditures, I
come down to a net cash flow figure. I use goal seek to calculate the
purchase price that will yield a cash flow of zero. This process works
perfectly in all cases. Problem is, each column represents one property, and
I have a bunch of potential acquisitions. Goal seek works on only one cell
at a time. Is there any way of making goal seek (or a functional equivalent)
work for all my columns?

Yes, use Solver rather than Goal Seek
For problems other than max-min type, it can be set up to find multiple
solutions
best wishes
