Default How to upload a Macro "Add-In" file onto EXCEL 07 workbook

I recently upgraded to Excel 2007 from Excel 2003 and now have a unexpected
issue.

I have a file that was sent to me with a Macro "Add-In" that I need to
install on my Excel 2007 Workbook. (I new how to do it on 2003 Excel but do
not know how on 2007 Excel).

{Just to recap procedure} on 2003 MS Excel , I would save the "Add-In" file
that was e-mailed to me on my "Desktop". Then I would "open" my workbook,
click on "Tools", then click on "Add-Ins", click on "Browse", find my
"add-in" on my "Desktop" , "highlight" it , then click "OK".
That was it.

(Questions) My 1st question is, will a "ADD-IN" Macro made for 2003 Excel
work for 2007 EXCEL?

If yes, could someone help me with this procedure for MS EXCEL 2007?

PLEASE NOTE: I AM A BEGINNER USER.

THANK YOU!

stephane
