Default adding a border in Excel when row is the last one?

Hi Rick

you can do this using conditional formatting - choose your data rows
starting from row 1 and going down as far as you think you might have data
in the future
choose format / conditional formatting
choose
formula is
in the white box type
=AND(OFFSET($A1,1,0)="",OFFSET($A1,0,0)<"")
click on the format button, click on the borders tab and set a bottom border
click OK twice
