Default Show Codes for Data Validation lists?

Hello: I know you can show codes for formulas by pressing Ctrl +~

Can you do something similar to show codes for Validation? I have a
complicated Excel worksheet that has many variations on Validations- some are
to named cells, some are to groups of cells etc.

I need to check my work. Many thanks for any suggestions!

Default Show Codes for Data Validation lists?

There's no setting with will display the data validation formulas on the
worksheet. There sample code here that will create a text file with a
list of the data validation settings:
