Excel is not a very good tool for producing labels however Word is an
excellent tool for the job and you can also automate Word from Excel. Unfortunately neither Word or Excel supports bar codes however there are a number of excellent 3rd party tools for generating bar codes. The best one that I know of is the TAL Bar Code ActiveX control which is an ActiveX component that works great in both Word and Excel. For more info or to download a demo visit: http://www.taltech.com/products/activex_barcodes.html On Fri, 23 May 2008 08:55:01 -0700, Wadewild wrote: I am making a form with Employs Name on it.
