Is there a way that I can password protect a workbook so that it will lock
all within a set time frame? |

Not with any real assurance.

Do you have any suggestions on how I could do something of a similar natire?

Nothing that would actually work in all cases.
You could add a routine that would lock the sheets if after a certain date. But that protection is easily broken.
