Default Need command line to change "#DIV/0!" into a "0" (zero)

What would be a command line to change the results in a cell from #DIV/0 to

One way is to trap for the denominator being blank/containing a zero,
eg: =IF(OR(B1="",B1=0),0,A1/B1)
