Default Record keeping of points, etc.

We run a small association; anyone have any suggestions on how to set up a
sheet where after each event, rather than having to manually enter all points
and money from the event making it flow through to the correct places?

We keep a point total and money total for year end finals qualification, etc.

Should have stated, I keep all stats on excel spreadsheets from each event;
and keep the points total on an excel spreadsheet.

You will need to spell it out a little clearer. We do not know what
you want to do with the data, how it gets entered, is it on multiple
sheets, workbooks? Be as specific as possible.
