Default Pivot Tables

In Excel 2003 and earlier versions, you can't create your own pivot
table AutoFormats. You could record a macro as you select sections of
the pivot table and format them. Modify the macro so it uses index
numbers for the fields, instead of field names. Then run that macro
later, to format other pivot tables.

In Excel 2007 you can create your own pivot styles, and copy them from
one workbook to another.

Is there any way to creat a pivot table template that I can use in the
future? If not, how can you save the formatting of a pivot table once you
set it up so that it does not lose the formatting in the future.
