Default Macros in Excel (Office 2007)

When I open a spreadsheet created in 2003 Excel, Office 2007 disables the
associated macros. Is there a way to create macros in Office 2007 and save
them so that every time I open the spreadsheet I can utilize those macros?

Thank you!!

If Excel 2007 is anything like Office 2000, this might save you the trouble
of creating new macros: Click Tools, Macros, Security. You may see 3
possible security settings for macros. One of them might be causing the
problem.

Thanks for your quick response. I'll give your suggestion a try and cross my

I think there's an "Ask me each time" choice, which is a good idea if you
get spreadsheets from other people whose computer cleanliness can't be
trusted. In other words, anyone but yourself.
