Default Excel 2003 Unable to scroll through the hundreds of lines of data

Cancel request. I found that there were hidden rows and other problems with
the way the user customized this file. After tweaking a few settings, problem
was resolved.

excel spreadsheet problem - user has a specific spreadsheet(contact user for
path, it is password protected), and when she opens the ss and tries to
scroll, the scroll area stays on the first screen, unable to scroll through
the hundreds of lines of data....i checked the scroll area option via the
control toolbox, but didn't see anything set to restrict scrolling
