When I hide the columns where the data is stored for a graph, the graph
becomes blank. The graph is on the same worksheet as the columns with the data. How do I still show the graph when the columns are hidden? Thanks! |

Click on the chart to select it On the Tools menu, click on Options On the Chart tab, remove the check mark from Plot Visible Cells Only Click OK Joe M. wrote: When I hide the columns where the data is stored for a graph, the graph becomes blank. Why ignore? I Tried the earlier instruction to "remove the check mark from
Plot Visible Cells Only" and it worked. Thanks! Sorry, I meant that you could ignore the first line in my instructions,
which was "Unhide the columns" That step isn't necessary. Joe M. wrote: Why ignore? I Tried the earlier instruction to "remove the check mark from Plot Visible Cells Only" and it worked. Thanks!
