Default Print/Display each row as a one page report

Hello:

I have two excel spreadsheets that are contact lists. I need to be able to
display each row as a single page and then print it or email it as a report
if I want. It seems like this would be easy. I have tried to export the sheet
to Access and can't seem to get everything formatted the correct way either.
This would seem to me to be a common task and I have tried everything I can
find in the respective application's help files and online tutorials to no
avail. Thank you in advance. JB
