Hi
I have a large source sheet, which has incidents raised, including details on support team, CI, Root Cause. I want to have 2 tables on a seperate sheet that shows the top 20 Root Cause Codes and top 20 CI's. Can anyone help me with a formula that will do this? |

Instead of a formula, you can simply filter the table for the top 20 items.

sorry think I have not really said what I want
I want the table to show the CI and have a count if the number raised.
