I would like to put an Design Mode icon (not the control Tool box icon) on my
Menu Bar. I can't find away

How about using faceid of 212.

Why not the Control Box Design Mode icon?

You can drag one up from ToolsCustomizeCommandsControl Box

when I looked for it yesterday!!
