In my data file I have a date column formatted MMM YYYY. In my pivot table
the date is in the Page field. By default it selects 'All', of course, but in the dropdown list I have more than one APR 2008 because there was more than one order in April 2008. How do I get the dropdown to show just one APR 2008 for all of the orders in that month instead of several APR 2008's? Understand what I mean? Connie |
