In Excel 2003 and earlier (to 97) you are limited to 65536 rows in
each sheet. There is no way of increasing this limit. You could think about splitting your data and having part of it in Sheet1 and the rest of it in Sheet2, or, if you only have a few columns then you could put the excess rows to the right of the main data.
