Default Equivalent of Alt+Tab for going between worksheets?

Hi all,

I know using CTRL+ Page Up/Dn goes through the tabs in a worksheet, but I'm
looking for one that skips the in between. I want to go from Tab 1 to Tab 6
back and forth without the mouse and without scrolling through all the other
tabs. Basically it's the ALT+Tab equivalent to go back to your last open
program/window whatever for excel. Does this exist?

One way,

right click the FF - Rewind buttons to the left of the status bar and you
get a popup of all your sheets. Click the one you want.

None that I know of.

You could temporarily hide the intervening sheets then use CTRL + PageUp and
Down but that would be a PITA in my estimation without a macro to hide and
unhide all at once.
