Lets say that your print area is A1:J10 and you want to have a border line
to appear beneath row 10 when printed. There are two ways to do it. You can select A11:J11 and add a top border line. Or you can select A10:J10 and add a bottom border line. It looks the same on screen. But it doesn't print the same. Since the print range ends at row 10 the border applied to the top of row 11 is not in it. So, remove your non-printing borders, and then add a bottom border selecting the last row actually in your print area. -- Jim "grover finance" <grover wrote in message ... |I have a workbook with several sheets that are formated the same. My problem | is some of the sheets do not print the underline borders that are on the | page, which also display when you go into print preview. Margins are set the | same on the sheets and so are the column widths. | | How can I fix the problem to get the sheet to print with the borders? |
